An ordinance accepting the improvement of Porter St contracted to be made by Benjamin Thomas and Jasper Ward under the provisions of Ordinance No. 4569 entitled "An ordinance providing for the time and manner of improving Porter St between S. First St and the center of Hood St" approved April 16, 1885 and directing the drawing of warrants therefor.
