An ordinance accepting the improvement of Meade St as contracted to be made by B. S. Reilly under the provisions of Ordinance No. 4623 entitled "An ordinance providing for the time and manner of improving Meade St between the East line of S. First St and the West line of Hood St" approved June 26, 1885 and directing the drawing of warrant on the Meade St Fund for the payment thereof.
