An ordinance providing the time and manner of constructing a sewer in Harrison St with an outlet into Willamette River and the necessary catch basins, branches, lampholes and manholes and describing the district drainer by said sewer which said sewer shall be paid for by the property benefitted as provided in section 121 of the City Charter.
