Mixed Use Zone Projects
The Bureau of Planning and Sustainability has released the Discussion Draft of the Mixed Use Zones Project. This early implementation project of the 2035 Comprehensive Plan is revising Zoning Code regulations and the Zoning Map for mixed use centers and corridors outside the Central City. The draft changes will help focus growth in places that will serve as vibrant hubs for neighborhood businesses and new housing, and also address a range of policies related to urban design, housing affordability, and sustainability.
