An ordinance accepting the sewer contracted to be laid by the Oregon Artificial Stone Company in Fifth St from a point ten feet South of Jackson St to the main sewer in Harrison St under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5056 and providing for the drawing of warrants in payment therefor.
