An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of 2nd St [SW 2nd Ave] lying between the south line of Madison St and the center of Harrison St and the proportionate share thereof which each lot or part thereof is liable for such cost has seen and is assessed and directing the Clerk to enter a statement thereof in the docket of the city liens.
