An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of Oak St lying between the west side of Front St [Naito Pkwy] and the east side of 2nd St [SW 2nd Ave] (except the part croped by 1st St [SW 1st Ave]) and the proportionate share thereof which each lot or part thereof is liable for such cost has been and is assessed and directing the Clerk to enter a statement thereof in the docket of city liens.
