An ordinance declaring the probable costs of improving 3rd St from the south line of "A" streets to the center of Harrison St (except the parts croped by Washington, Alder, and Harrison Sts) and the proportionate share thereof which each part or lot thereof is liable for such costs has been and is assessed and directing the Clerk to enter a statement thereof in the docket of city liens.
