An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of "B" St lying between the center line of North Fifth St and the west side of block 105 in Couch's addition and the two proportionate share thereof which each lot or part thereof is liable for such cost has been and is assessed and directing the Clerk to enter a statement thereof in the docket of city liens.
