An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of Forth St lying between the center line of Harrison St and the center line of Sherman St and the proportionate share thereof which each lot or part thereof is liable for such cost has been and is assessed and directing the Clerk to enter a statement thereof in the docket of city liens.
