An ordinance declaring the probable cost of improving that part of Seventh St lying between the South side of Washington St and the south side of Clay St (excepting that part crossed by Alder, Salmon, and Jefferson streets) and the proportionate share thereof which each lot or part thereof is liable for such cost has been and is assessed and directing the Clerk to enter a statement thereof in the docket of city liens.
