Design review for a 31,500 square-foot mixed use building on an 8,963 square-foot site. The proposal includes three-stories of wood glulam post and beam construction of open floor plan work space over a one-story concrete podium containing two retail spaces, lobby, building services, parking (14 stalls) and a roof-top plaza (approximately 2,000 square feet). A small on-site plaza (approximately 700 square feet) is proposed to be located at the corner of SE Stark and Sandy Blvd.
