ADDRESS: 1417 NW 20th (SW corner of block) APPLICANT: Alex Yale, YBA Architects Design Advice Request for a new mixed-use development with ground floor retail and upper level residential units distribute across two or three buildings of varying heights of one to seven stories, wrapping a public plaza, all above a below-grade parking garage. Five massing options will be presented. The current preferred option shows the development occupying the western 60 feet of the area designated for a Neighborhood Park, which would require an amendment to the Con-way Master Plan. Garage access is currently proposed along NW Pettygrove which will also require an amendment to the Con-way Master Plan. Anticipated Modifications include: top floor building setbacks and height of the ground plane connection between the square and the Neighborhood Park to the east.
