An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 3656 entitled "An ordinance authorizing the Northern Pacific Terminal Co. of Oregon its successors and assigns to construct and maintain a double railway track in N. Front St in the City of Portland from the Northern limits of said city to the South line of "P" St and a single track from thence to point opposite the northwest corner of Block "G" and eighty feet distant there from with a side track from a point opposite Block 220 to Block "H", both in Couch's addition to the City of Portland, also sufficient and suitable side tracks from at or near the the foot of "P" St curving across an along East and West Park Streets and M N O and P streets, and to confirm to the Oregon and California Railroad Co. the right to maintain and operate its main and side tracks in North Front St in said city" approved December 8 1882.
