North of the proposed building will be a 20’-wide east-west pedestrian path connecting NE MLK Boulevard and NE 3rd Avenue. The ground level will include commercial retail space, floors 2-4 will include approx. 32,000 SF of flexible office space, and floors 5-10 will include 75 housing units. Underground parking for 42 vehicles will be accessed from NE 3rd Avenue.
