APPLICANT: William Bailey, Waterleaf Architecture LLC ADDRESS: 2201 NE Lloyd Center Design Advice Request for exterior renovations to the Lloyd Center Mall to accommodate improvements to pedestrian and vehicular entrances. New pedestrian entrances are proposed along the south and east facades, while existing entries will be updated with new storefronts and signage. Both garage structures along Multnomah would receive similar identity façade treatments. Additional storefront along Multnomah Street is also being considered.
