License with field entry lines for Names, Dates and the signature of the Auditor. The license gives the bearer the authority to operate a animal-drawn conveyance of Passengers, Merchandise, &c. for hire, donation, or contract. A red stamp runs vertically down the center reading "Vehicles must be numbered." Includes handwritten figures and costs in the margins.
