Includes numerous Portland Bureau of Police officer reports, statements, and correspodence. The incidents in question are often racially charged, and involve African American / black citizens. Specific incidents involve Jimmy "Bang Bang" Walker; Joe Lawson; Nathan Proby; Leslie Dennis; Douglas E. Slaughter; the Albina neighborhood; Lidios Restaurant; the B&B Cafe; Black Panthers; and the Seven of Diamonds Club. In some instances police harassment and brutality are alleged.
