The aim of such correspondence is to ensure barrier-free access to all Portland city facilities and services. This file includes correspondence related to Overlook Center, Oaks Park, Eastern Oregon Fast Freight; and the 200 Market Building. Also includes a draft of an accessibility checklist "the Handicap Accessibility Checklist", document, authored by the Bureau of Buildings.
