An article regarding a mass resignations from the National Lawyers guild. The movement was lead by New York State Supreme Court Justice Ferdinand Pecora, retiring president of the National Lawyers' guild, who asserted that the Guilds national executive board was dominated by pro - Communist. Also includes newsprint image of : Municipal Judge John Gutknecht of Chicago, president of National lawyers' guild and George Quilici, head of Chicago chapter of the guild exiting an airplane. Guthnecht and Quilici were out to heal threatened rupture over Communism in the guild.
