Two articles regarding the Portland Red Squad. Roger N. Baldwin, director of the American Civil Liberties union charged that Portland was one of three remaining cities to have a Red Squad. Mayor Joseph K. Carson denies that Portland has a red squad. Baldwin also criticized Portland's movie censorship board and the picket legislation law.
