Letter addressed to Mayor Earl Riley, informing him about Counterattack and providing him with sample issues. In the letter Kirkpatrick explains that counterattack is the project of a group of former FBI agents who, while in the bureau, became so concerned about the workings of Communism in this country, they resigned their jobs to put the facts before the public. The First news letter is regarding Henry Wallace and his ties to the Soviet Union ; communist indoctrinating youth.
