In the special bulletin the author states the Communists have not reformed but has adopted reformist tactics as a screen behind which its illegal activities for the revolutionary preparation of the masses may be intensified. Issue number 23 topics : Communists brand as fascist all who oppose their program ; Americans Incorporated proves that it is not fascist and is opposed to fascism ; Communist boast of large membership in Northwest ; Portland Red Squad.
