The flyer states that the Communist Party will do its utmost to unite and mobilize the people behind the Government's war policies, behind the president's 7 - point economic program being the Anglo - American - Soviet agreements, for the opening of a second front against Hitler in Europe and for all - out production to smash the Axis on all fronts.
