Columbia Villa construction project

Presented by the housing authority of Portland. The film contains sound narration. Aerial views of downtown Portland, the Columbia River, and the ship production plant at Swan Island. The narrator describes how Columbia Villa was designed to meet the needs of the increasing number of workers migrating to Portland to work at the ship plants and the logging industry.
