TITLE: Introduced by Commissioner Bowes : Accepting a relinquishment of title to a certain parcel of property relinquished by the State of Oregon, by and through its State Highway Commission to comply with the terms of that certain agreement in connection with the construction of the Harbor Dr - Southwest Fourteenth Ave section of the Baldock Freeway, entered into between the State Highway Commission and the City of Portland on May 23, 1967, said parcel to be used for a revised location of Southwest Multnomah Blvd from a point near Southwest Falcon St to Southwest 19th Ave along the northerly side of the Baldock Freeway, and declaring an emergency
