TITLE: Introduced by Commissioner Bowes : Granting a revocable permit to the Dan Davis Construction Company, 1975 SW 5th Ave, Portland, Oregon, to construct and maintain two 18-foot concrete service driveways with less than the required 12 feet of straight curb separating them in the street area of SE Boise St near SE 82nd Ave, waiving certain provisions of section 5-902 of the public works code, and declaring an emergency.
