Introduced by Order of Council : Fixing a public hearing for December 28, 1966, at 9:30 AM in Council Chamber at City Hall on the question of withdrawal from rural fire protection district number 4 of lot 2, Woodside Ter, near 48th and W Burnside ; tax lot 4 of lots 2 and 3, block C, W Highlands extended plat at SW Highland Rd and Fairview Blvd ; and lot 2, block 1, W Highlands, near SW Highland Parkway and Canyon Rd ; annexed to the City, authorizing the City Auditor to publish and post notices and expend money therefor, and declaring an emergency.
