Fixing a public hearing for April 6, 1966 at 9:30 AM in Council Chamber at City Hall on the question of withdrawal from rural fire protection district number 4 of portions of blocks 8 and 9, the Highlands, plat number 2, at 4343 SW Fairview Blvd ; property in W Highlands on SW Elm Ln ; property in the northwest quarter of section 5, T1S, R1E, WM, on W Burnside near Woodside Ter ; property in W Highlands extended plat at NW Skyline and Fairview Blvd ; and property in Highlands Crest area at SW Skyline Blvd, and Canyon Rd ; annexed to the city, authorizing the City Auditor to publish and post notices and expend money therefor, and declaring an emergency.
