TITLE: Amending the agreement between the City of Portland and the State of Oregon, by and through its State Highway Commission, dated April 13, 1962, as amended for construction of the Stadium Freeway to provide for the establishment, construction, maintenance and additional street closures of various city streets and interchange ramps, to provide for the safe and expeditious flow of traffic through the Sunset and Burnside St interchanges, and declaring an emergency.
