TITLE: An ordinance amending contract number 9829 between the City of Portland and the Oregon Stamp Society, Inc, which provided for purchase of lots 1 through 5, inclusive, block 15, Willamette Addition to East Portland, being the abandoned fire station at 4828 NE 33rd Ave, so as to provide additional time to the purchaser in which to complete payment of the purchase price, and declaring an emergency.
