TITLE: An ordinance granting a revocable permit to Hoffman Construction Company, by Leo Schalansky, Engineer, to discontinue pedestrian traffic at the building site of the Oregon Historical Society located at 1230 Park Ave, being lot 3, 4, 5 and 6, block 606, Portland, for a distance beginning at the northeast corner of Southwest Park and Jefferson St to a point 100 feet north on Park Ave, from March 1, 1965 to January 2, 1966, exempting Hoffman Construction Company from complying with article 44 of the Portland building code, section 16, 2016 of the police code, and section 5-2601 public works code, under certain conditions, and declaring an emergency (Introduced by Commissioner Bowes)
