TITLE: Introduced by Order of Council : Amending section 2 of ordinance number 111745, which granted a zone change from R7 to zone C5 (type B), the north 660 feet of the west 430 feet of section 21, T1S, R1E, WM, excepting therefrom the north 30 feet of the above described tract which is in Southwest Vermont St, and also excepting the north 208 feet of the west 120 feet of the tract above described, located on the south side of Southwest Vermont St, just east of Southwest Capitol Highway, under special terms and conditions, petition of Daniel and Margaret Brugger and Harold M and Florence Noblett, owners, and the Valley Medical Clinic, by Doctors H L Armentrout, James G Perkins, Prentiss G Lee and H G Nelson, optional purchasers, so as to delete a condition, providing for waiver on maximum area now permitted for type B users, accepting new plans for construction, and declaring an emergency
