TITLE: Introduced by Commissioner Earl : Amending contract number 12457 with H A Anderson Company for construction of the new city parking structure by approving change order number 2 for a decrease in cost of $20,000 by deleting a pedestrian bridge and providing for alternate construction and for an increase in cost in the sum of $1359 by providing for facilities for future consolidation of electrical services in the area of including street lighting, providing for reimbursement of the parking facilities construction fund, and declaring an emergency.
