TITLE: An ordinance amending title 31, fire regulations, of the City Code by the addition of two sections to provide for automatic fire protective signaling systems and / or devices, to be numbered 31.20.150 and to provide for fixed fire extinguishing systems, by establishing permit requirements and charges related thereto, to be numbered 31.20.310, providing for a number change of the present sections 31.20.150 and 31.20.310, as presently existing, to 31.20.155 and 31.20.315 respectively and deletion of certain references in section 31.20.315, and declaring an emergency (Read twice ; 291)
