TITLE: Introduced by Commissioner McCready : Authorizing the adoption of new specifications entitled standard construction specifications for the construction of local and public improvements by the Department of Public Works and Bureau of Water Works, establishing an effective date, authorizing the engineers, subject to approval of the commissioners in charge, to make revisions as may be necessary from time to time and to establish charges for furnishing copies of the specifications, and declaring an emergency
