TITLE: An ordinance granting a revocable permit to Portland Railway, Light and Power company to construct, maintain and operate a single or double track line of electric railway on Thurman St from the north line of Willamette Heights, northwesterly 270 feet, and on East Sixteenth St from Powell St to Rhone St; on Rhone St from East Sixteenth St to the east line of East 18th St; on East Seventeenth St to the east line of East 18th St; on East Seventeenth St form Rhone St to Center St; and on Center St from Milwaukie St to a point 370 feet east of the east line of East Seventeenth St, with the necessary curves and connections to connect with its tracks in said Powell St and said Milwaukie St, and with the necessary curves and connections on and into its property located on East Seventeenth St, Center St and Rhone St, and to run and operate cars thereon in the City of Portland, Oregon
