TITLE: Authorizing commencement of condemnation proceedings for the acquisition of a parcel of land described as the North 1/2 of Lot 2, Block 22, Lincoln Park, City of Portland, County of Multnomah and State of Oregon, Excepting Therefrom the 10 feet thereof taken for the widening of NE Union Ave [Martin Luther King Jr Blvd], for the construction of off-street parking in conjunction with the Union Ave [Martin Luther King Jr Blvd] Redevelopment Project, and declaring it an emergency.
