TITLE: Amending Ordinance No. 149431, being an ordinance assessing upon certain property the cost of abating and removing certain nuisances, including a fee for administration expenses for the two-month billing period ended December 31, 1979, by reducing the assessment against Lot 4, Block 4, Market St Addition by $50.40 and cancelling the assessment against W. 89 feet of Lot 1, Block 8, Pledmont, of $113.40, and reducing the total assessment of $4,265 to $4,102.00, and declaring an emergency.
