TITLE: Granting a revocable permit to The Portland Timbers/Louisiana-Pacific for fireworks displays on July 4, 1981 (or in the event of inclement weather on alternate dates approved by the Fire Marshals Office) at the Lincoln High School Athletic Field, 1800 SW Salmon St as a feature of the soccer games staged that evening at the Portland Civic Stadium, immediately across the street, under certain conditions, and declaring an emergency.
