The tour group visited the Mountain Sheep and Pleasant Valley dam sites on the Snake River. Tour boat named the "Wenaha" of Aberdeen, Wash. A note from Jim Goggin, Manager, Community Relations, Portland General Electric Company, is included with the photograph.
