TITLE: An ordinance granting to the Oregon Railroad & Navigation Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, the franchise and right to construct and equip, own, maintain and operate a railway track and sidetracks, all of standard gauge, extending from a connection with the constructed railroad of said company at the intersection of E Ankeny St and E 2nd St and thence in a southeasterly direction crossing E Ash St to E 3rd St from a point between E Ash St and E Pine St to Hawthorne Ave and to operate locomotives and cars over the same, in the City of Portland.
