An ordinance granting a revocable permit to Portland Railway, Light and Power Company to construct, maintain and operate a single track line of electric railway on East Couch St from East Twenty-eighth St to East Twenty-Sixth St with the necessary curves and connections to connect with its tracks in said East Twenty-eighth St and with the necessary curves and connections to enter its property located on the south side of East Couch St between East Twenty-eighth St and East Twenty-sixth St, and to run and operate cars thereon in the City of Portland.
