An ordinance to amend sections 1 and 2 of ordinance number 23523, entitled "an ordinance authorizing the mayor to purchase fifty-three thousand dollars, crematory bonds, making an appropriation out of the sinking fund to provide for the payment thereof, authorizing the mayor and auditor to draw a warrant to the sinking fund to provide for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency," approved by the mayor, June 16, 1911, and declaring an emergency.
