An ordinance authorizing the city treasurer to advance money to the city attorney to provide for the payment of filing fees, witness fees and traveling expenses, authorizing the mayor and auditor to draw warrants on the general fund to reimburse the city treasurer for amounts so advanced and declaring an emergency.
