Correct a technical error in findings adopted by the City Council on January 5, 1983, titled, findings for P.C. File VZ 108-82, dated December 20, 1982, in order to clarify and comply with the intent of the City Council action concerning P.C. File VZ 108-82, a variance request located at 4710 NW Barnes Rd on property legally described as Lot 12, Woodside Ter and Plat 2, and declare an emergency.
