Amend Contract No. 20295 with Shannon & Wilson, Inc., for providing additional professional services to inspect the construction of the stabilization of the slope above the access road to Powerhouse No. 1 for the Bureau of Hydroelectric Power, authorize additional expenditures not to exceed $35,000, transfer funds, authorize the drawing and delivery of warrants, and declare an emergency.
