TITLE: Authorize the acceptance of a parcel of land appropriated, condemned and vested in the City of Portland as plaintiff in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County of Multnomah, Case No. A8003-01359, in connection with the Hollywood District Transportation Project, designate and assign said parcel as public street area, and declare an emergency.
