TITLE: Authorize acceptance of a warranty deed and a quitclaim deed granted by Emery Zidell and Harold H. Roylance, in connection with the NW Front Ave [Naito Pkwy] from the Steel Bridge to NW 14th Ave Street Improvement Project, designate and assign the parcel of land therein conveyed as public street area, and accept the easement therein granted for sewer purposes, and declare an emergency.
