TITLE: Authorize the City Attorney to settle a claim against the City and its officers for liability imposed upon the City and its officers pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 279.542(2) by payment of $2,882.28, plus interest at the rate of one percent per month until paid, to Donald Lorenson, dba Rivercity Concrete, a subcontractor on Contract No. 20950 between the City and Cornell's Woodland Park Lumber for an improvement at Progress Downs Golf Course, authorize the City Attorney to initiate legal proceedings for recovery of said payment, and declare an emergency
